Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Y Gunawan Wicaksono ("we", "us", "our") for web development, application development, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Services include, but are not limited to, custom website development, web application development, enterprise information systems, ERP development, dashboards, and technical maintenance, as outlined in each individual project agreement.

3. Project Timeline & Payment

• Project timelines are estimated during the requirement analysis phase and confirmed in writing.
• Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are defined per project agreement.
• Delays caused by incomplete client requirements may extend the agreed timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable (source code and design assets created specifically for the client) transfers to the client, excluding third-party libraries and frameworks which remain under their respective licenses.

5. Maintenance & Support

Post-launch maintenance and support are available under separate agreements and are not automatically included unless specified in the project scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems, including data loss caused by third-party hosting providers.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
